The player dealt combat damage mills cards only for the damage. Like with Ikoria Commander, the new cards are themed to the world and the reprints can be from anywhere. Because damage remains marked on a creature until the damage is removed as the turn ends, nonlethal damage dealt to other Rogues you control may become lethal if Anowon leaves the battlefield during that turn. The other cards in these decks (with printed set code ZNC and collector numbers 007–142) are legal for play in any format that already allows those cards that is, appearing in these decks doesn't change a card's legality in any format. It is a rogues tribal deck, it will take advantage of mill effects and it will draw cards. 2) We will not change the theme of the deck. They aren't legal for play in the Standard, Pioneer, or Modern formats. That is certainly not insignificant, but compared to the average price of a commander deck, it is still in the cheap range.
